Margate

Margate is nestled in part of the coastal strip on the Redcliffe peninsula, located just 26 km’s North East of the Brisbane CBD. It is one of the only metropolitan areas with access to sand beaches, spanning for 7kms, making it one of the biggest attractions for buyers in Brisbane. I had to sell the family home in Brisbane quickly after my elderly parents moved to a nursing home at very short... notice. I'm an only child and live in another town, so it was very daunting. After completing their questionnaire, meetings, telephone conversations and emails, Sue steered me towards which parts os Brisbane best met my criteria. I flew up and she drove me around to get a better feel for the recommended areas. Along the way, I received several shortlists so I could look at the properties remotely and provide feedback.In the end the perfect property came on the market, I was away with work at the time and Sue was able to look at the property for me, conduct a FaceTime walk through with me, provide extra pictures, detailed report, organise pest and building reports, research the area and market, make bids on my behalf and in the end secured the property which had multiple offers within days of being not he market. Without Sue I would not be writing this review after being in new house one week later.I cannot recommend Sue and PS Property Advisory enough, the results speak for themselves.read more
